With 12 years of experience at sea, Thomas has worked on some of the world’s most prestigious yachts and new builds. Having been involved with vessels ranging from 40m to 156m, both private and charter, he possesses a comprehensive understanding of the yacht industry and the challenges faced by captains, crew, and owners alike. “Over the past decade, I’ve observed that many management and recruitment companies have lost the personal touch essential to the success of each vessel.
